Consumer Marketing Co., Ltd., a manufacturer and distributor of “Syndex” bedding products, which includes the analysis of business environment, competitors, consumer behavior as well as company’s internal factor. Of the country’s economy is likely in a good way which impact on the real estate industry growth and results to the increasing demand of bedding products as well. The corporate strategy of O.P. Consumer Marketing Co., Ltd. is a growth strategy by focusing on market penetration and product development. For business strategy, the company selected the focus strategy by using Cost Leadership Focus for “Syndex” products, and using Differentiated focus for “Syndex Premium” products to create quality superior to competitors’ product. The company also has strategy to expand distribution channel by opening the standalone shops in the department stores, thus increasing sales as well as building brand awareness and brand image.
