The technical and management study show that the cup cake process is not complex. All utilities are ready as needed in this shopping mall. A-Cup is a small shop which is managed by the owner so that the owner is confident to control the operation and shall result in best service to customer The financial analysis result is positive. There are more than 2,000,000 customers visiting the shopping mall every month which implies the big group of target customers. This A-Cup shop investment is 900,000 Baht which is the owner capital for all 100%. From the financial calculation of 5 years, the interest rate of return is 87%, the project’s net present value is 1,639,510 Bath, a payback period and discount payback period is 2 years. Therefore this project is valuable and feasible to invest.
