ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน : การประยุกต์ใช้โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง / สพลกิตติ์ สังข์ทิพย์ = Factors affecting happiness at work of teachers under the Office Of Basic Education Commission : an application of structural equation model / Saphonkit Sungthip
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the happiness level of teachers under the office of basic education, 2) to compare the happiness levels among primary teachers and secondary teachers and 3) to analyze the factors affecting the happiness of teachers at work under the office of basic education. 4) to test the model invariance between primary teachers and secondary teachers. This research was a quantitative research with a sample group of 480 teachers. Data consisted of 1 latent variable: happiness at work; and 2 observed variables measuring that latent variable : physical health and mental health. Data were collected by questionnaires having reliability for each for each variable ranging from .562-849. Data analyses were descriptive statistics, Pearson's Correlation and structural equation model analysis by LISREL program. The results were as follows : (1) Happiness levels of elementary and secondary level teachers were at a moderate level. The mean average level was at 2.79 while the mean average of the physical health and the mental health was at 2.87 and 2.71, respectively. (2) The levels of happiness at work of teachers in primary education and secondary education were not significantly different. (3) The factors affecting happiness of teachers at work consisted of twelve factors; education, status income, self-esteem, economical life use, family relationships, relationship with the school director, relationships with colleagues relationships with students, workplace environment, duties and characteristics of work and quality of life at work. The factor variable which had the highest total effect was factor family relationships and the following was factor of students relationship. (4) The results of testing the invariance of a causal model of happiness in the work of elementary and secondary school teachers were as follows: by Chi-square distribution equal to 256.03; p = 0.81 at degrees of freedom equal to 277, GFI = 0.90. NFI = 0.98 and the RFI = 0.97.
