การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ ด้วยการเรียนจากประสบการณ์บนเครือข่ายเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการสร้างนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของครูสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน / ธัชกร สุวรรณจรัส = Development of a knowledge management model with experiential learning via the network to enhance educational innovation creating ability of teachers under the Office of the Basic Education Commission / Touchakorn Suwancharas
The purposes of this research were to study, develop, examine, and propose a knowledge management model with experiential learning via the network to enhance educational innovation creating ability of teachers under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. The research method comprised of four steps as follows: step 1: study the model by analyzing and synthesizing related documents, and interview seven experts; step 2: develop the model; step 3: examine the effect of the model; and step 4: propose the model. Thirty teachers teaching in the academic year of 2010 from five schools in the secondary educational service area office 2 under the Office of the Basic Education Commission were participated in the study. The research results indicated that : 1. The five components of the model were: 1) people including leadership, team, knowledge management team, experts, and amicable friends, 2) process including SECI MODEL and KM motives, 3) technology including e-Communication, e-Knowledge Bank, and e-Collaboration, 4) knowledge from experience including teachers, co-learners, experts, and amicable friends, and 5) network including people network and internet network. 2. The seven steps of the model were: 1) activity preparation, 2) knowledge identification, 3) knowledge creation and acquisition, 4) knowledge storage and accessibility, 5) knowledge sharing, 6) knowledge application, and 7) knowledge evaluation. 3. There were significant differences between teachers’ pretest and posttest in the educational innovation creating ability value at the .05 level. The educational innovations created by the samples were evaluated at the excellent level. The samples perceived that the model was appropriate at the highest level.
