การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้สำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน / วรรณกร ทวีแก้ว = Development of a knowledge management model for students of secondary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission / Wannakorn Thaweekaew
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the state and needs in knowledge management for students of secondary schools under the office of the basic education commission 2) study the trends to develop a knowledge management for students of secondary schools under the office of the basic education commission 3) develop a knowledge management model for students of secondary schools under the office of the basic education commission. The data collections comprised document analysis, questionnaire, interview and experiment. The data analysis were content analysis, frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test dependent. The research findings showed that : 1. The state in knowledge management for students of secondary schools was found that the majority of school administrators and teachers indicated that school administrators encouraged and supported both of components and process of knowledge management and teachers organized activities for knowledge management of students as part of each module. Students gave opinion that they ever participated in the knowledge management process. For the needs in knowledge management, it was found that school administrators, teachers and students had the same opinion. They wanted school to set the training about knowledge management for students and run it go together with subjective instruction differs, not only in activities of various clubs or societies or made it as an additional module. They wanted to have an exhibition to show student works and knowledge distribution and school administrative section should clearly fix the policy. 2. The trends to develop a knowledge management for students of secondary schools under the office of the basic education commission consisted of four components and eight steps of knowledge management process. 3. A knowledge management model for students of secondary schools under the office of the basic education commission was called “Innovation, Behaviour and Satisfaction Model (IBS Model)”. It consisted of four components. They were 1) Man 2) Success factors of school 3) Knowledge management technology and 4) Incentive. The eight steps of knowledge management process consisted of 1) Preparation 2) Knowledge Identification 3) Knowledge Acquisition 4) Knowledge Sharing 5) Knowledge Storage 6) Knowledge Application 7) Knowledge Distribution and 8) Assessment of Knowledge Management.
