การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการศึกษาของโครงการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ / วุฒิชัย เนียมเทศ = An analysis of factors affecting educational quality of the English program in secondary schools under The Office of the Basic Education Commission, Ministry of Education / Wuttichai Niemted
The purpose of this research was to study factors affecting educational quality of the English Program in secondary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Ministry of Education. The data were collected from 72 schools which operated English Program from 1998 to 2007 in Thailand by focus group discussion and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using SPSS package program and LISREL 8.52 for Windows. Research results revealed that 1) there were 4 educational quality indicators of English Program: 1.1) EP students’ English skills for communication and searching knowledge, 1.2) EP students’ learning achievement, 1.3) EP students’ social life skills and international culture understanding, 1.4) EP students’ desirable characteristics. 2) there were 3 factors directly effecting EP educational quality: 2.1) administrative process factors which were school networks, administrative structure, policy, quality assurance, community involvement, professional development, and learning quality support 2.2) environment factors which were economics, society, technology and government policy 2.3) material resource input factors which were learning resources, curriculum, and teaching aid. 3) there were 3 factors indirectly effecting EP educational quality: 3.1) environment factors indirectly effecting EP educational quality through material resource input factors, human resource input factors, and learning management process factors 3.2) material resource input factors indirectly effecting EP educational quality through learning process factors, human resource input factors, and administrative process factors 3.3) human resource input factors indirectly effecting EP educational quality through administrative process factors.
