ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวและองค์การความขัดแย้งระหว่างงานกับครอบครัว และความพึงพอใจในชีวิตด้านต่าง ๆ / ชัยพร ภัทรวารีกุล = Relationship among perceived support from family and organization, work-family conflict, and satisfaction towards various domains of life / Chaipond Pattarawareekul
The purposes of this research were to study antecedents and consequences of work-family conflict. The antecedents of work-family conflict were perceived family support, perceived organization support, and perceived workload, and the consequences were the family satisfaction, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction. The results revealed that 1) perceived support from family and organization had significant negative correlations with two types of work-family conflict (work interference with family and family interference with work) 2) Perceived workload had significant positive correlations with two types of work-family conflict, 3) Such conflicts had significant negative correlations with family, job and life satisfaction, and 4) Support from both family and organization had significant positive correlations with life satisfaction. The study also found that sex and marital status moderated relationships among family-related variables which lifespan development theories and gender roles differences could explain such moderating effect.
