To study about the public information flows of Thailand Post Company Limited and a factor to be considerate on the public information flow and instruction that will be use to develop more efficiently channel. Researcher use culture of speed and flow of information, analysis data from related document and depth interview. Thailand Post Company Limited is state enterprise which virtually functions as a Mass communication channel. Presently, public information flow via Thailand Post Company, is considered as important and interesting since people concretely reach this channel and receive information. Also, public information flows process having many steps with a clear standard; Firstly public information flows as its form and content of parcels, secondly public information flows as its speed of service and thirdly public relation flows as its channel of distribution. Besides, there are two factors to be considered on public information flows which are physical factor such as communication technology that support the flow and mental factor such service mined and make a good impression. These two factors have to be improved together. Although there flow pattern is allocution but should add consultation and conversation pattern.
