The researcher use depth interview for public taxi drivers in Bangkok and suburbs and divide their working shifts into morning shift, night shift and non fixed shift. The result finds that selective exposure of public taxi drivers select similar radio wave in each shift by setting their favorite radio wave which are traffic wave and folk songs wave with news reporting. This comes from internal factors which are news and relaxation need while working. Public taxi drivers roles as gatekeeper shows that mostly there is no content selection or radio wave. They are just person who control the media for their passengers in case requesting them to turn on or change radio channel. The interaction between public taxi drivers and passengers is listening partnership and setting up a dialogue in relation to closed topics such as the weather, traffics and general matters. Also, public taxi drivers will not argue on this because they are in service role and the passengers are like time buyer while sitting in the taxi. Public taxi drivers have to do as their requests.
