องค์กรชุมชนที่มีการจัดการความรู้และกระบวนการเรียนรู้ : กรณีศึกษา ศูนย์ศึกษาและพัฒนาชุมชนไม้เรียง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช / สุจิรา วิจิตร = Knowledge management and learning process in a community organization : a case study of Mairiang Development and Learning Center, Nakhon Si Thammarat province / Sujira Vijit
To study the philosophy and activities of Mairiang Development and Learning Center, analyze knowledge management from the activities, resolve learning process of people in the community and to find way of community organization development from lesson of a case study Mairiang Development and Learning Center. The data were collected from documents research, key informant interview, indepth interview, focus group and participant observation. The target group composes of the working group of Mairiang Development and Learning Center and the people in Mairiang community. The results indicate that the philosophies of Mairiang Development and Learning Center are learning in what people want to do, doing in what people have known. Afterward new philosophies were included during the critic of economic in half of the year 1994 are learning in what people have to know and learning in what people should know. According to the idea, people in the community should learn more in order to be ready for solving the present situation. These results are taken to determine the appropriate activities. The activities are organized from knowledge management of Mairiang Development and Learning Center. Various knowledges occurring from both inside and outside Mairiaing community are useful for the people in order to have other careers. Knowledge management brings an organizing of a traing program for the agriculturists in Mairiang districts which consists of 8 activities. There are some additional activities which are Mangosteen school, Community learning center and folk wisdom and activity of Frog aquaculture. There are many factors to support the activities in Mairiang Development and Learning Center both of inner factor and outer factor. They are: knowledge management to create learning processes, Mairiang Development and Learning Center conveys knowledges to people in the community by using Learning Center. In addition, The learning process makes people in the community alert to learn new things. Finally, community organization development through lessons of Mairiang Development and Learning Center, should encourage people in the community to participate in the activities at all steps, including evaluation.
