The purposes of this study were to : 1) analyze learning process of the learning networks in order to strengthen the successful communities in the central region, 2) analyze the crucial factors that promote the learning processes of the learning networks to strengthen the successful communities in the central region, 3) develop learning processes of the learning networks by using the experiential learning concept to strengthen the communities in the central region, and 4) analyze conditional factors which affect the application of learning processes of the learning networks using the experiential learning concept in order to strengthen the communities in the central region. The study used a qualitative approach. Research findings were as follow: 1. The learning processes study of the learning network of Tambon Bang Chao Cha and that of Tambon Praek Nam Daeng, consisted of 5 steps : 1) problem awareness, 2) data collection and data analysis,3) resolution formation, 4) implementation, and 5) knowledge construction and dissemination. The learning process were community planning, learning forum, study tour, and training and seminars. 2. The crucial factors that promote the learning process of the learning networks were that:1) community members , 2) local wisdom, 3) learning activities, 4) mutual objectives, and 5) management. 3. Through the analysis and synthesis of the results of case study and the experiential learning concept for developing learning process composed of 6 steps : 1) problem awareness, 2) data collection and analysis,3) resolution formation, 4) resolution decision, 5) implementation, and 6) knowledge construction and dissemination. 4. The conditional factors which affect the application of learning process of the learning networks using the experiential learning concept in order to strengthen the communities in the central region were : 1) community potentials, 2) community leaders or key persons, 3) community’s social relations and care, 4) local wisdom, 5) community’s communication system, 6) community knowledge management, and 7) characteristics learning activities.
