The purpose of this research were: 1) To study school management based on good governance principles of school administrators in Inspection Area Three under the Office of the Basic Educational Commission. 2) To compare the opinion of school administrators and teachers in school management based on good governance principles. The population consisted of 75 school administrators and a sample of 307 teachers from 15 schools in Inspection Area three under the Office of the Basic Education Commissions, 5 levels of rating scale questionnaire was use to collect data., all data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The results are as follows: 1. Rule of the law: both administrators and teachers were in high level. When comparing their opinions concerned, there was significant different at .05 level. 2. Moral principles: both administrators and teachers were in high level. When comparing their opinions concerned, there was significant different at .05 level. 3. Transparency principles: both administrators and teachers were in high level. When comparing their opinions concerned, there was sighificant different at .05 level. 4. Participation principles: administrators was in high level, but teachers was in medium level. However, when comparing their opinions concerned, there was significant different at .05 level. 5. Accountability principles: both administrators and teachers were in high level. When comparing their opinions concerned, there was not significant different at .05 level. 6. Efficiency and effectiveness principles: both administrators and teachers were in high level. When comparing their opinions concerned, there was not significant different at .05 level.
