To develop the communicative knowledge for interpersonal relationship of Prathom Suksa five students by using the cooperative learning according to the team game tournament model. The samples were 88 students of Prathom Suksa five in the academic year 2007 at Prayathai School. The research instruments included the knowledge of the interpersonal relationship test and the ability for explain about the interpersonal relationship test. Data was analyzed by using t-test The results were as follows: 1. The post-test knowledge of the sample group mean score of the interpersonal communication relationship was higher than that of the pre-test at the 0.05 level of significance. 2.The post-test ability of the sample group mean score of the interpersonal communication relationship was higher than that of the pre-test at the 0.05 level of significance.
