This study was aimed at 1) examining the human capital attributes on human charactistics, personality, family status, 2) investigating the career success on objective career success, subjective career success and 3) exploring the relationship between human characteristic and career success which led to women executive careers’ success in the Office of the Basic Education. The of this study was 2,179 women operation staff from 19 organizations affiliated with Office of the Basic Education. Questionnaire was used as a tool of the study. Approved it’s validity by scholars at a confident level of 0.911%. The data was analyzed by using the using the electronic program. The statistic used was mean, standard deviation, maximum and minimum, and testing the relationship between dependent and independent variables with Syntax writing to test the canonical correlation by MANOVA at a statistical significance of 0.01. The results of the study on human capital attributes indicated that women executive careers’ success in the Office of the Basic Education had the highest percentage in terms of human capital attributes of Master Degree at 76.5%, followed by the highest of experience (21-30 years) was at 46.7%, highest of family status (married and live together) was at 62.5%. Human capital attributes in personality, followed by the average of achievement motive was at a mean 4.14, physical attractiveness was at a mean of 4.04, Human capital attributes in family status, followed by the average family support was at a mean of 4.45, family involvement was at a mean of 4.17. Concerning the career success on objective career the highest percentage in terms of position (C-8) was at 74.6, highest of salary (26,01-35,000) was at 49.5, highest of hour worked per week (40-50) was at 71.1, Subjective career success in terms of job satisfaction at a mean of 4.35, followed by the average of occupation satisfaction was at a mean of 4.17. The test of correlation between human capital attributes with career success indicated that human capital attributes tended to pursue career success in the Office of the Basic Education to highly apply objective career success with income or salary at 84.2%, in other word, it has highest correlation at 0.912. The correlation between human capital attributes with subjective career success indicated that human capital attributes tended to pursue career success to highly apply subjective career success with occupation satisfaction at 85.6%, in other word, it has highest correlation at 0.925. And the correlation between human capital attributes with subjective career success indicated that human capital attributes tended to pursue career success to highly apply career success with objective career success at 38.1% in other word, it has highest correlation at 0.617. The result of the study on human capital attributes indicated that all three human capital attributes have influence on women executive careers’ success in the Office of the Basic Education who consider and concentrate on policy of subjective career success in occupation satisfaction much more than job satisfaction.
