To investigate the factors of professional competencies for business students and to investigate concordance among 3 perspectives: companies, teachers, students. Samples constituted of 212 companies, 206 teachers and 500 students in Chachoengsao and Chonburi province. Data were analyzed by performing Exploratory Factor Analysis with varimax rotation method. The research results were as follow 1. Results of 3 perspectives revaled 10 factors and the most important factor was work behavior. 2. From student perspective, 10 factors include work behavior, creative thinking, skill, communication, team work, emotion stable, personality, technology, presentation and academic knowledge. The 10 factors accounted for 61.61% of the total variance of business' competencies. 3. From teacher perspective, 10 factors include work behaviors, team work, humanity relationship and service, creative thinking, catching up technology, academic knowledge, personality, skill, emotion stable and communication, dexterous. The 10 factors accounted for 68.79% of the total variance of business' competencies. 4. From company perspective, 10 factors include work behaviors, humanity relationship and communication, creative thinking, information communication technology, skill, personality, dexterous, emotion stable and endure, experienced and calculate. The 10 factors accounted for 58.51% of the total variance of business' competencies. 5. Concordance among 3 perspectives were 4 factors they are work behaviors, creative thinking, skill and personality. Concordance teacher and company were dexterous. Concordance teacher and student were 2 factors they are academic knowledge and term work.
