ผลของการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนสังคมศึกษา ด้วยการฝึกการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ ที่มีต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 / พลกฤช ตันติญานุกูล = Effects of critical thinking oriented social studies instruction on the learning achievement and problem solving ability of mathayomsuksa one students / Ponklit Tantiyanukul
The purposes of this research were 1) to compare social studies learning achievement of mathayomsuksa one students being taught by critical thinking oriented social studies instruction to that of students being taught by conventional instruction. 2) to compare the problem solving ability of mathayomsuksa one students being taught by critical thinking oriented social studies instruction to that of students being taught by conventional instruction. The samples were 71 of mathayomsuksa one students form Mathayomwatdusitaram School, Bangkok in the academic year 2004. There were two groups: 35 students in experimental group and 36 students in controlled group. The researcher taught each group 2 periods per week totally 7 weeks. There were two set of research instruements: the social studies learning achievement test and the problem solving ability test. The data were analyzed by arithmetic mean, standard deviation (S) and t-test. The research results revealed that: 1. Social studies learning achievement of mathayomsuksa one students being taught by critical thinking oriented social studies instruction was higher than that of students being taught by conventional instruction at the .05 level of significance. 2. Problem solving ability of mathayomsuksa one students being taught by conventional instruction at the .05 level of significance.
