การพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการความรู้ที่เป็นภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น สำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ / ประกอบ ใจมั่น = The development of knowledge management systems of local wisdom for Rajabhat Universities / Prakob Jaimun
The purpose of this research are 1) to analyze concepts of knowledge management, organization and personnel that involved with knowledge management and structure of information communication technology; 2) to develop the knowledge management systems of local wisdom for Rajabhat Universities; 3) to develop a prototype of knowledge management systems of local wisdom for Rajabhat Universities; and 4) to analyze the effectiveness of the systems. The first two objectives of the study aimed at document analysis of knowledge management, following with the development of knowledge management systems of local wisdom for Rajabhat Universities and the prototype developing. The systems and the prototype were evaluated by experimenting in classroom of 21 students. The findings of this research were as follows: 1. The concepts of knowledge management consisted of 1) people and organization, 2) process, 3) technology, 4) knowledge, and 5) work. All these concepts support 1) Business Intelligence,2) Collaboration, 3) Knowledge Transfer, 4) Knowledge Inquiry and Mapping, and 5) Expertise Location. 2. Development of a local wisdom knowledge management systems for Rajabhat Universities with seven components were as followings : rationale, input, process, output, outcome, feedback, and supporting data. 3. Developing the prototype of the systems by using free code software such as JavaScript ASP Script was designed into five main structures as 1) Business Intelligence, 2) Team Learning, 3) Sharing, 4) Product, and 5) Yellow pages. 4. Analysis the effectiveness of the prototype of knowledge management systems of local wisdom for Rajabhat Universities by testing in classroom that the students can access the systems anywhere and anytime. The data is collected from the students’ activities such as FAQ, web-board, Q&A, sharing idea, learning journal and learning contract. In addition, their open-ended answers about strength and weakness of the systems were analyzed. The students apparently realized the strengths and the benefits of the prototype. The students were evaluated by using Self-Directed Learning Scale (Guglielmino, 1977). Fourteen out of twenty-one students evaluated themselves as the learners preferred autonomous learning environment; however, they did not preferred to design their own learning plan or process. The prototype of the knowledge management systems of local wisdom systems was recommended as the knowledge-based and learning center for the teachers, students, communities and other related organizations
