The research purpose was to study scenario of nursing organization, private hospitals during 2007-2011. Research methodology were conducted as follows: 1) Literature review was analyzed for conceptual research framework 2) Scenario of nursing organization, private hospitals during 2007-2001 was studied by using EDFR technique. Study data consisted of information from a panel of 20 experts. Items were selected base on the following criteria: a) median of appropriateness and practicality of more than 3.50 b) interquartile range less than 1.50 3) mode-median less than 1.00. Total time for data collection was 93 days. The scenario of nursing organization, private hospitals during 2007-2011 classified into five aspects as follows. 1) Nursing organizational structure and administration 2) Nursing personnel management 3) Client safety management 4) Nursing information system 5) Nursing service. Consensus opinions in each aspect as follows: 1. Trends in nursing organizational structure and administration as follows: mixing with matrix organizational structure and flat organizational structure. Provide the leadership and empowerment that builds effective work teams. 2. Trends in nursing personnel management as follows: bridging the service/educational gap by cooperation among educational institutes both public and private sectors for recruitment, selection and staff development. Performance appraisal by using peer review assessment. 3. Trends in client safety management as follows: Malpractice insurance and risk management. 4. Trends in nursing information system as follows: using telemedicine in patient care and computerized patient records for each patient. Using information technology for human resource management and using telecommunication in organization. 5. Trends in nursing service as follows: provide a variety of nursing service delivery. Planning and configuring the service delivery to meet international standards.
