To study the level of job performance, employee involvement, and adversity quotient; to identify the relationships between employee involvement, adversity quotient, and job performance of staff nurses, Regional Hospital and Medical Centers. The samples consisted of 455 staff nurses who were selected by multi-stage sampling technique. The research instruments were employee involvement, adversity quotient, and job performance of staff nurses questionnaires. The content validity were established. The reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficients were .88, .80 and .95, respectively. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product moment correlation. Research findings were as follows: 1. The mean score of job performance of staff nurses, Regional Hospital and Medical Centers was at the high level (3.92). 2. The mean score of employee involvement of staff nurses, Regional Hospital and Medical Centers was at the high level (3.70). 3. The mean score of adversity quotient of staff nurses, Regional Hospital and Medical Centers was at the high level (135.27). 4. Employee involvement was positively and significantly related to job performance at the moderate level (r = .576, p<.05). 5. Adversity quotient was positively and significantly related to job performance at the little level (r = .253, p<.05).
