ความพร้อมเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนการสอน ทางการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย ตามแนวพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2542 ของครูสังกัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการในจังหวัดนนทบุรี / มิถุนา อนุแสน = A readiness of structional organization in non-formal education and informal education in accordance with the National Education Act B.E. 2542 of teachers under the Ministry of Education in Changwat Nonthaburi / Mithuna Anusean
To study the readiness of teachers under the Ministry of Education in Changwat Nonthaburi regarding in structional organization in non-formal education and informal education involving 3 areas namely educational preparation, practice, and assessment and evaluation in accordance with the National Education Act B.E. 2542 and to compare the teachers' readiness by their organization, ages, work experience, education qualifications and positions. The sample of the study comprised 713 teachers from 73 education institutions under the Office of the National Primary Commission, the Department of General Education and Non-Formal Education Service centers in Changwat Nonthaburi. The instrument for data collection was a questionnarire and all distributed copies were returned. The results of the study indicated that most of the teachers who answered the questionnaire had the readiness in instructional organization in non-formal education and informal education in accordance with the National Education ACt B.E. 2542 as follows. 1) Regarding non-formal and informal basic education preparation practice, and assessment and evaluation the readiness was rated as being capable of doing in compliance with the National Education ACT B.E. 2542 but not at the state of immediate performance. (mean = 3.65) 2) Regarding non-formal and informal community education, preparation, practice and assessment and evaluation, the readiness was rated as being capable of doing in compliance with the National Education ACT B.E. 2542 but not at the state o immediate performance. (mean = 3.61) 3) Regarding non-formal and in formal learning resources preparation, management, and assessment and evaluation the readiness was rated as being capable of doing in compliance with the National Education ACT B.E. 2542 but not at the state of immediate performance. (mean = 3.62) 4. The comparison of the teachers' readiness showed that there was statistical difference at .01 level of significance with respect to their organizations, educational qualifications, and positions. There was however no statistical difference at .05 level of significance with respect to ages and work experiences.
