การพัฒนารูปแบบการศึกษาต่อเนื่องเพื่อความสอดคล้องกับพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2542 / เอกศักดิ์ แดงเดช = The development of continuing education model in relevance to the national education Act B.E. 2542 / Eaksakdi Daengdej
This research aimed to develop the model of Continuing Education in relevance to the National Education Act B.E. 2542. The study was conducted by using Qualitative Research Methods. There were 6 steps in order to collect data: 1) data collecting and basic information study 2) initial Continuing Education model set up 3) initial model analysis 4) adjust model 5) adjusted model analysis and 6) summarize Continuing Education model in relevance to the National Education Act B.E. 2542. The content analysis of this research contained data of Continuing Education department of 4 Universities in Thailand and 3 Universities in the United State, and two sample group of Thai experts: the first group included the management and academic proficient in Continuing Education department and also the expert in Non-formal Education department with regarded to 16 people; the second group involved the number of 9 managements in Continuing Education department. Research tools were: structured interview protocol, initial Continuing Education model set up, adjusted model, tape recorder, researcher, and research assistants. Analytic induction was employed to analyze basic data of Continuing Education departments. While qualitative content analysis and descriptive analysis were operated upon the indepth interview data as well as focus group discussion information. The findings of this study are ; 1) a state enterprise structured which is self-supporting and maintains profits in order to conduct social service projects which focused in disadvantage groups, as well as using technology and examining social needs. 2) provides academic services to promote Life Long Learning to all target groups and focused on the community involvement. Various courses to support target’s satisfaction and their needs. Make use of distance learning technology and mass media to convey the opportunities of standardized learning quality. Follow up evaluation process should be employed. The development of the Education Mediated focused on the enjoyment of learning. 3) Initiate cooperation networks to extend the academic services and extract social resources to organize learning community without boundaries.
