รูปแบบการพัฒนานิสิตนักศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมจริยธรรมวิชาชีพของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ สถาบันราชภัฏ / พรพิพัฒน์ เพิ่มผล = A student development model for enhancing professional ethics of education students, Rajabhat Institutes / Pornpipat Permpon
The purposes of this research were to study and analyze professional ethics of education students, Rajabhat Institutes, to develop a student development model for promoting professional ethics and to compare the outcomes of the model. A descriptive research method and quasi experiment design were used. The Professional Ethics of Student Characteristics servey was developed by the researcher to administer to 396 samples comprising the first year to the fourth year students from Rajabhat Institutes in Thailand. The professional ethics was verified by experts and implemented with education students from Rajabhat Institute Thonburi in acadamic year 2001. The total of 80 students were separated into an experimental group of 40 students and a control group of an equal number by using the Professional Ethics of Student Characteristics servey. The Experimental group was assigned to Value Clarification Program and practicing for 12 days with a total of 43 hours, while the control group was not assigned to any program. The data were analyzed by means of percentage, means, standard deviation, and t-test. The research results were as follows : 1. The Professional Ethics of Student Characteristics included discipline and honesty at the Responding level. For Endurance, responsibility, diligence, kindness, faith in the teaching profession, fairness, and frugality were found at the valuing level according to Krathwohl. 2. A student development model for promoting professional ethics of education students, Rajabhat Institutes, comprises the followings : 1) Rational 2) Objective 3) Target 4) professional ethics of student organization, 5) the committee for development of professional ethics of education students, 6) the activities which consist of goals, pretest, and activities Value Clarification with discusion, case study, assigned task, and role play. The Practice Program consisted of Physical Education and scout activities and 7) development for professional ethics of student assessment. 3. The comparison between experimental group and control group were as follows : 3.1 The experimental group and that of the control group showed statistical different at 0.05 level of significance in discipline, endurance, responsibility, kindness, faith in the teaching profession, diligent, frugality, honesty and fairness. 3.2 The posttest score of the experimental group showed statistical different at 0.05 level of significance in discipline, endurance, responsibility, kindness, faith in the teaching profession, diligent, frugality, honesty and fairness
