To study the health-related physical fitness and determined the health-related physical fitness norms of the secondary students age between 13-15 years. The subjects were 3,000 male and female students in the secondary school. The health-related physical fitness test consisted of 5 items that was body mass index, sit and reach, abdominal curls, push ups, and walk/run 1 mile. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation and determined the standardized norms. The results were as follows: The health related physical fitness norms of secondary students age 13-15 years were at moderated level. 1. The 13 year male students had the body mass index 15.52-22.74 kg./sq.m., the sit and reach -4.0-10.0 cm., the abdominal curls 28-42 times/min., the push ups 12-26 times/min. and the walk/run 1 mile 11.28-13.12 min. 2. The 13 year female students had the body mass index 12.48-15.50 kg./sq.m., the sit and reach -2.8-11.4 cm., the abdominal curls 20-31 times/min., the push ups 13-24 times/min. and the walk/run 1 mile 12.40-14.38 min. 3. The 14-year-male-students had the body mass index 15.89-22.63 kg./sq.m., the sit and reach -4.6-10.6 cm., the abdominal curls 30-46 times/min., the push ups 14-29 times/min. and the walk/run 1 mile 10.08-12.52 min. 4. The 14-year-female-students had the body mass index 15.84-23.10 kg./sq.m., the sit and reach -5.1-11.9 cm., the abdominal curls 22-35 times/min., the push ups 11-25 times/min. and the walk/run 1 mile 11.48-13.44 min. 5. The 15-year-male-students had the body mass index 16.64-21.80 kg./sq.m., the sit and reach -4.6-11.2 cm., the abdominal curls 34-44 times/min., the push ups 14-27 times/min. and the walk/run 1 mile. 10.39-12.17 min. 6. The 15-year-female-students had the body mass index 16.81-21.67 kg./sq.m., the sit and reach -4.7-11.7 cm., the abdominal curls 21-33 times/min., the push ups 13-25 times/min. and the walk/run 1 mile 11.18-13.26 min.
