การนำเสนอระบบการฝึกอบรมสำหรับหน่วยอบรมประชาชนประจำตำบล ของคณะสงฆ์หนกลางในอุปถัมภ์ของกรมการศาสนา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ / ณรงค์ศักดิ์ โพธิ์อ่อง = A proposed training system for Tambon Training Unit of sangha central region, supported by Department of Religious Affairs, Ministry of Education / Narongsak Po-ong
To study status, problems, and needs of committees and local people regarding tambon training unit of sangha central region ; to obtain specialists' opinions concerning training system ; and to propose training system for tambon training unit of sangha central region. The samples consisted of seventy-five tambon training unit committees, two-hundred and seventy-five local people in central region and nineteen training specialists. The methodology used was the delphi technique. The data were collected by means of questionnaires and interview instrument and three-rounds of delphi instruments. The data were analyzed by percentage, median and interquartile range. The results indicated that: 1. The tambon training units of sangha central region rarely conducted training program; moral training was mostly conducted program; the committees lack of knowledge and understanding in training, lack of training plan or procedure; a very few local people co-operated with tambon training unit; the training units really needed a training system as guideline consisted of : 3.1 Ten training components : (1) philosophy, aspiration, and policy: people should have better quality of life, support local occupation, share happy and self-supported life; (2) training objectives focus on construct community, co-operative society and solving community problems; (3) training curriculums should emphasize on community participation and preserve local culture; (4) training techniques should be workshop, action learning and participation; (5) most appropriate time and duration is in the evening or at night ; (6) resource persons should be knowledgeable and highly experienced and can speak central region dialect ; (7) trainees should be really interested in the training program ; (8) training location should be in temples; (9) budget should be obtained from other organizations and from co-op's profits; (10) training media should be real object and village public announcement to broadcast moral program in the early morning. 3.2 Seven training steps : (1) study philosophy, mission and policy; (2) study training objectives; (3) identify training curriculum; (4) assess training needs; (5) design training by selecting training technique, allocate time and schedule, selecting resource person, select trainees, deciding training location, obtain supported budget; (6) conduct training; and (7) evaluate and follow-up study.
