การเปรียบเทียบความรู้และเจตคติต่อเรื่องสิทธิ เสรีภาพ และความเสมอภาคของนักศึกษานอกโรงเรียน ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น วิธีการเรียนทางไกลในกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่มีภูมิหลังต่างกัน / วันดี สุรภีสัก = A comparison of knowledge and attitude concerning rights, liberty and equality of lower secondary non-formal distance education students in Bangkok metropolitan with different backgrounds / Wandee Surapeesak
The purposes of this research were to study the level of knowledge and attitude concerning the rights, liberty and equality, according to the Thai Constitution B.E. 2540, of lower secondary non-formal education students, and to compare the knowledge and attitude of those students with different backgrounds. The sample used in this research was 394 students from a population of 31,191 students enrolled in the Lower Secondary Distance Non-formal Education Program of the 4 Bangkok Non-formal Education Centers in the academic year 2000. The instrument used for data collecting was a test and an attitude questionnaire. The statistics used for analyzing the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one way variance. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The knowledge about the rights, liberty and equality according to the Thai Constitution B.E. 2540 of non-formal education students as a whole is at an adequate level ( x ̅ = 0.55) . When each component was considered, it was found that their knowledge in the areas of right, and equality is at an adequate level, while in the area of the liberty being at a moderate level ( x ̅ = 0.59). 2. The attitude towards the right, liberty and equality according to the Thai Constitution B.E. 2540 of non-formal education students as a whole is at a moderate level ( x ̅ = 3.37), and when each component was considered, it was found that each component is at a moderate level. 3. The knowledge about the rights, liberty and equality according to the Thai Constitution B.E. 2540 of non-formal education students with different age is significantly different, while that of the students with different sex, birthplace and education achievement is not different. The knowledge of those students with different occupation is not different in the cases of the rights and equality, but different in the case of liberty. 4. The attitude of non-formal education students with different age is significantly different in the case of the rights, but not different in the cases of liberty and equality. The attitude of those with different sex, birthplace and education achievement towards the rights, liberty and equality is not different. However the attitude of the students with different occupation is different only in the case of the liberty, but not different in the cases of the rights and equality.
