การเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุข : การวิจัยรายกรณี ครูต้นแแบบด้านการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาไทย ระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา / วราศิริ วงศ์สุนทร = Pleasant learning : a case study research of Thai language master teacher at the elementary education level / Warasiri Wongsoontorn
To study the teaching behavior of the Thai Language Master Teacher at the elementary education level. The case study was selected from the pool of Master Teacher of the Office of Nation Education Commission, 1998. The qualitative approach was employed involving in field works, participant observation, interview various person and document analysis. Researcher was at the site for nine months as assistant teacher. The key informants were the Master Teacher himself, pupils in his classes, administrators, his colleagues and the Master Teacher's network. The data were analyzed by inductive analysis and presented in descriptive format. It had evident this Master Teacher had possessed internal and external factors, which helped him to be a Master Teacher rewarded. He had gained experiences in Thai language teaching from various theories and various models. These characteristics were summarized as the following : 1) Being a true teacher by hard working and being a good model for children. 2) Understanding children's nature and behaviors. 3) Intellectually planning and preparing before teaching. 4) Arranging various activities to inspire the pupils. 5) Create diversified teaching materials which simple and appropriate to each lesson and pupils. 6) Providing classroom atmosphere to meet pupils needs. 7) Using fit evaluation methods and allow pupils to participated in evaluation their own works. The impacts of Master Teacher on teaching behavior were reflecting in pleasant learning of the pupils. These were 1) pupils learnt by themselves through their own practicing. They had direct experiences and able to apply to their life. 2) Pupils were able to select their own activities in according to their interest and abilities. 3) Pupils had chances to express ideas. 4) Pupils have participated in evaluating, accepted and appreciate their work as well as respect the judgement form others.
