การศึกษาการวาดภาพของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร / ปวิดา ชื่นเชย = A study of human figure drawing of prathom suksa four to six students in elementary schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration / Pavida Chuenchay
The purpose of this research was to study of human figure drawing off prathomsuksa four to six in elementary school under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The sample group included 180 students on the second semester of 2000 academic year. The instruments were 1) Human figure drawing test and check list scores human figure drawing test DAP (Draw-A-Person) developed by Naglieri (1988) and translated in Thai language by Daranee Utairhattanakit (1996) and 2) a set of questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using means, standard deviations, percentages, and frequencies. The findings were 1) The highest scored human figure drawings were of prothomsuksa five, prathomsuksa four and prathomsuksa six respectively. 2) In terms of 3 types of human figure drawing, man, woman and myself, prathomsuksa four students got the highest score on drawing woman, man and myself respectively, prathomsuksa five were man, myself and woman respectively. Finally, prathomsuksa six were man, myself and woman respectively. 3) The most of details shown in students human figure drawing of prathomsuksa four were the attachment of body (limbs) and the least of appeared were fingers. Finally, in prathomsuksa six the most of details shown were trunk and the least were ears. 4) The opinions of students concerning human figure drawing were as followed. They liked drawing human figure. Students enjoyed drawing human figure using imagination. For the drawings showing human action, students liked to draw a standing post and to drawing showing body movement. The most difficult parts of human body to draw were those of smaller organs such as arms, legs, fingers and toes. Additional human figure drawing lessons the students would like to have portrait drawing lessons. Students liked to draw human figure using pencils. Students enjoyed in period of art lesson and liked drawing and painting in art activities.
