ผลการใช้บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วนสอนเรื่องเพศในผู้สูงอายุต่อความรู้และทัศนคติในการพยาบาลผู้สูงอายุเรื่องเพศของนักศึกษาพยาบาล / พิมพ์ใจ ลังการ์พินธุ์ = Effects of using computer assisted instruction regarding sexuality in the eldery on knowledge and attitude toward nursing care of the eldery regarding sexuality of nursing students / Pimjai Lungkarpin
This research aimed to compare the knowledge and attitude toward nursing care of the elderly regarding sexuality between nursing students who used computer assisted instruction and those used instructional paper. The sample were 15 pairs of nursing students, matched by the scores of nursing care of the elderly subject, Borommarajonani College of Nursing, Lampang. The students were assigned into experimental and control group by simple random sampling technique. There were 2 sets of instruments for collecting data; the knowledge test toward nursing care of the elderly regarding sexuality (r = 0.5) and the questionnaires to examine attitude toward nursing care of the elderly regarding sexuality (r = 0.804). t-test were used to analyzed the data. The major findings were as follows 1. There was no statistically difference in knowledge toward nursing care of the elderly regarding sexuality between nursing students, using computer assisted instruction group and those using instructional paper. 2. Attitude toward nursing care of the elderly regarding sexuality of nursing students after using computer assisted instruction of the elderly regarding sexuality of elderly was statistically higher than those using instructional paper at 0.5 level. 3. Knowledge toward nursing care of the elderly regarding sexuality of nursing students after using computer assisted instruction of the elderly regarding sexuality of elderly and those after using instructional paper were statistically higher than before at 0.5 level. 4. Attitude toward nursing care of the elderly regarding sexuality of nursing students after using computer assisted instruction of the elderly regarding sexuality of elderly was statistically higher than before at 0.5 level.
