The purpose of this research is to study exposure behavior, exposure motivation, utilization and gratification in game magazine among the reader of Gamemag magazine and Mega magazine. To study the correlation between exposure behavior and exposure motivation, utilization of game magazine, gratification in game magazine and also study about the correlation between exposure motivation and utilization of game magazine, gratification in game magazine. The sample group in this research is a youth who study in the men school to be under the Department of General Education which consist of 400 people and the process of this research is survey research with questionnaire. The data are analyzed with Spss for Windows program by computing frequency, percentage, mean, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and pearson moment correlation. The results reveal that the sample group has less different population characteris tic. The level of exposure behavior are moderate and the level of exposure motivation are moderate too. Besides the level of utilization of game magazine are high and the level of gratification in game magazine are high. Also it found the highest motivation of sample group is the motivation in game walkthrough so the highest utilization of sample group is the motivation on data in game magazine and the highest gratification of sample group is the gratification in data in game magazine. Hypothesis Testing 1. The different population characteristic of sample group to bring about significant different between exposure motivation, utilization of game magazine and gratification in game magazine 2. The correlation between exposure behavior and exposure motivation, utilization of game magazine, gratification in game magazine are significant correlate 3. The correlation between exposure motivation and utilization of game magazine, gratification in game magazine are significant correlate.
