It also focused on comparing and assessing Muban Patana's existing condition with the National Housing Authority (NHA.) objectives in this relocation project. Methods used to gather data in the drawn from 293 residents in the community by means of the multistage sample technique, first step quota sample and convenient sampling. The data was analyzed and presented in statistics, frequency, ratio and percentage terms. The results showed that, on the one hand, the residents' physical and social-economic conditions have been improved after relocation, which corresponded with the objectives of the NHA. project. But, on the other hand, the drug problem is still considered a crucial issue within the community. Most residents also feel insecure about the land tenure because the project plots are only for renting. However, they have been satisfied with their basic infrastructure and they also have a positive attitude about their community; they believe it is convenience to live there and, therefore, do not want to move out from this community.
