ความต้องการที่อยู่อาศัยของอาจารย์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในเขตชั้นในของกรุงเทพมหานคร / เสาวณีย์ นวกิจไพฑูรย์ = Housing demand of secondary school teachers in the inner area of Bangkok Metropolis / Saowanee Navakijpaitoon
The objective of this thesis is to study the housing demand, housing situation in the present time, factors that effect to housing selection and recommendation to support housing welfare in the future time for secondary school teachers in the inner area of Bangkok Metropolis. 314 sample sizes are secondary school teachers in both of government and private sector which are member of Ministry of Education. Questionnaire is used to data collection according to the population size in each school. There are 90 schools in 14 areas of the inner area of Bangkok Metropolis. The finding from the survey shows that the most popular housing stlye is single house. The second is townhouse and the next is dormitory, row house and condominium. Single house's size is about 1-50 sq.wah. Most of teachers own their houses, the next is rental and live with their parents. Convenience to travel to school is the first factor that effect to housing selection. The next is environment and safety. The study also shows that the majority who want to buy a new house is 35-39 years old. Single house is the most popular. The next is townhouse and condominium. Regarding the budget for a house, single house's price should not higher than three million baht, townhouse's price should not higher than two million baht and condominium's price should not higher than one million baht. The inner area of Bangkok Metropolis is the most popular area. Half of sampling group want to buy from private sector's project. The others want to build a new house, buy from NHA's project and rent. Considering the factors that effect to housing demand, better quality, style and benefit of house is the first criteria of government teachers and convenience to traval to school is the first criteria of private teachers. Most of sample sizes consider the length from home to school by choosing to buy a house which is near the school first. Moreover, sample sizes want to live near school and would like Ministry of Education or concerned department provides rental building which locate in the inner area of Bangkok Metropolis or dormitory which locate within school on order to help teacher who is not own house
