For the implementation of popular wisdom in modifying subject contents, teachers utilized knowledge concerning popular wisdom from their experiences to design the content and teach by themselves. Otherwise, teachers invited local wisdoms to pass on knowledge and experiences in schools. The operation of co-curriculum activities ; teachers led students to join the activities concerning popular wisdom in the local area. For curriculum administration and service ; administrators used popular wisdom concerning local occupations by studying knowledge from local wisdoms and leading local wisdoms to join in schools on the preparation of school plant, personnel, curriculum materials services and curriculum public relation. For teaching ; teachers used popular wisdom on the instructional activities by passing on content concerning popular wisdom and operating the instructional activities by themselves. Problems concerning with the operating were that teachers lacked knowledge of implementation of popular wisdom in local curriculum development, had no information about the status of popular wisdom in local area and had insufficient time or did not want to implement the popular wisdom in local curriculum development because of the overloaded work. And the local wisdoms that were invited to join in schools lacked of skill in teaching so they couldn't pass on knowledge so well.
