The objectives of this study were: 1. To construct the prediction of multiple regression equation mathematics learning achievement with mathematics self-regulated learning, mathematics self-efficacy, attitude towards mathematics and achievement motive. 2. To extract the best predictors of the mathematics learning achievement. The samples comprised of 397 mathayom suksa three students in the academic year of 1998 drawn from public schools and private schools in Bangkok Metropolis. The research instruments were the questionnaires measuring the mathematics self-regulated learning, the mathematics self-efficacy, the attitude towards mathematics and the achievement motive. The obtained data were analyzed by means of Pearson product moment correlation coefficient, multiple correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicated that: The mathematics learning achievement of mathayom suksa three students were predicted by mathematics self-regulated learning (RGU), mathematics self-efficacy (SEF), attitude towards mathematics (ATT). The best predictors were mathematics self-efficacy, attitude towards mathematics and mathematics self-regulated learning. The regression equations of raw score and standard score were as follows: Y' = .117SEF + .012ATT + .008RGU - 1.632 Z' = .492SEF + .197ATT + .162RGU.
