The objective of this research was to study behaviors and factors affecting traffic violation of carts and wheelbarrowd users in Bangkok Metropolis, the empirical data of which were from 1. 140 sets of questionnaire 2. Indept interview with 10 carts and wheelbarrown users 3. Non-participation observation of Rama 9 intersection, Asok intersection and Sukumvit intersection. The hypothesis testing was as follow: Age, sex, Incomes, driving experience, and working condition of the vehical do not affect to behavior that violated traffic law. The follow ones were confirmed: 1. The Carts and Wheelbarrowd uses whose knew less traffic laws violated the law more than those who had better knowledge ones. 2. The Carts and Wheelbarrowd users who had less penalties in traffic law violation violation violated the law more than thos who had more. 3. The Carts and Wheelborrowd users whose less experience in traffic accident violated the law more than those who had more experience in traffic accident. The study conclude with useful academic and practical recommendations.
