การศึกษาทางนิเวศน์วิทยาของกลุ่มแบคทีเรียทางเดินอาหารในนากุ้ง ที่จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ / ภัทธิรา สวัสดิวร = An ecological study of enteric bacterial communities in the shrimp ponds at Changwat Samut Prakan / Pattira Sawasdivorn
The studies of total viable bacteria on Marine Agar, Blood Agar, Plate Count Agar, most probable number of Coliforms, Fecal coliform, Fecal streptococci, the present of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, V. cholerae, V. anguillarum, Salmonella spp. and environmental factors such as temperature, salinity, pH, dissolved oxygen, nitrate, nitrite, orthophosphate were determined. The samples, shrimp, sediment and water, were collected from 7 stations located in shellfish area at Changwat Samut Prakarn monthly during November 1983 to April 1984. The total viable count obtained from Marine Agar was higher than Blood Agar and Plate Count Agar. V. parahaemolyticus in shrimp and sediment was higher than water. The average of coliforms was higher than Fecal coliform, Fecal streptococci and Coliforms in shrimp was higher than coliforms in sediment and water at the same station. V. cholerae, V. anguillarum and Salmonella spp. were not founded. The average physical and chemical parameters are as follows: temperature 27.9°c, salinity of 16.8%, pH of 7.7, dissolved oxygen of 4.5 mg/1-, nitrate concentration of 0.092 mg/1, nitrite concentration of 0.0111 mg/1, phosphate concentration of 0.114 mg/1. The correlation of bacteria and environment factors were studies.
