The single board microcomputer is used to controll the experiment for study the transport phenomena in solid. The interface consists of switching circuit system which used to deliver currents to various junctions of sample, according to the Van der Pauw technique and also transfer the voltage drop from the sample to the Analog to Digital Converter (ADC). The digital signal is then fed to Z-8OPIO and finally being recorded in the memory unit. In turn the function of the switching system are controlled by signal from CPU according to the program which is written in machine language. This program can be changed or re written to fit the propose of experiment. The instrument is then used to measure the resistivity and Hall coefficient of the test sample. The results agree very well which the previous results.
