แหล่งกำเนิดของการไม่แยกออกจากกันของโครโมโซม ในกลุ่มอาการดาวน์ในประชากรไทย / ศรียา อนุรักษ์ภราดร = Origin of chromosomal nondisjunction in down syndrome in Thai population / Sriya Arnurakparadorn
Origin of Chromosomal Nondisjunction in Down Syndrome in Thai Population was studied in 37 families with Down Syndrome at Rajanukul Hospital and Pramongkutklao Hospital during October 1988 to July 1989. The lymphocyte cultures and G-band together with Q-band polymorphism techniques of chromosome 21 were used to evaluate the origin of nondisjunction. Only in 27 families that the studies of the chromosomal nondisjunction can be completed. Among these the chromosomal nondisjunction occurred in oogenesis in meiosis I 81.48% (22 families), meiosis II 11.11% (3 families) and in spermatogenesis in meiosis I 3.7% (1 family), meiosis II 3.7% (1 family).
