Alumina subst[r]ate for microelectronic used was fabricated from high purity alumina (99.32%,AL₂o₃) of which average grain size was 2-6 {u1D707}{u1D62E} Doping agent, deflocculant and binder were magnesia (Mg O) , ammonium polyacrylate and polyacrylate ester respectively. Doctor Blade's method was employed in the sheeting of the substrate. Free size sheet with thickness 0.4-1.0 mm. were successfully produced. These green sheets were soft like rubber which could be cut and rolled. The highest sintering temperature was 1500℃. It was found that the good sheet properties highly depended on composition, sintering temperature, particle size, surface area and density.
