Objectives of the Study 1. To study the administrative process of the Supervisory Unit, Physical Education Department in 7 areas: Planning, Organizing, Budgeting, Deligating, Coordinating, Reporting, Follow-up and Evaluation. 2. To study the problem and obstacles of the administrative process of the Supervisory Unit, Physical Education Department. Research Procedures The total population in this study included 211 persons who are 44 Department of Physical Education in Central Region Supervisors 96 Regional Education Supervisors and 71 Provincial Supervisors. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires consisted of a checklist, a rating scale which stress the question covering the administration process of the supervisory unit, Physical Education Department in 7 areas and interview the supervisors for case study in 3 Education Regions which the questions covering the 7 areas mentioned above. A total of 211 questionnaires were distributed by mail of these 211 copies or 100 percent were returned. Then the data were analysed by the use of percentage, arithmetic means and standard deviations. Findings 1. The status of the Supervisors in Physical Education Departments was as follows: they all had bachelor’s degree, most of them are over 25 years of ages and they were government officials for more than 5 years. 2. From the research of the administrative process of the supervisory unit, Physical Education Department search the three groups of the population performed processes of planning, organizing and delegating at the high level. The processes of reporting, coordinating, budgeting, follow up and evaluation were at the low level. There were not any processes which performed the highest and the least level. 3. Concerning the problems and obstacles, it was found that the budget was the very serious problem, no responsibility in coordination between the regional and central region, the offices were scattered and far from one another so the task of coordination was hard to perform, lack of good human relation among the personnels, follow up and evaluation were delay and lack of standard.
