Purposes of the study 1. To study the trust of the instructors in the North eastern teachers colleges toward the administrators. 2. To study the difference of status and background of the instructors in each group of confident group, neutral group and alienated group. 3. To study the conflict concerning administration and management of the teachers colleges among the confident, neutral and alienated groups. Methodology : The population in the study comprised all the Northeastern teachers colleges’ instructors. The samples are the 423 instructors in Loei, Mahasarakam and Burirum teachers colleges by using cluster sampling teachnique. The instrument used in the collection of data were questionnaires, each of which consisted of the three parts : a checklist for the informant’s personnel data, a rating scale for the informant’s opinion concerning trust and the opinion concerning general education, structure and administrative system, the responsibility and performance of the instructors, benefit and incentive to work and characteristic of the administrations. The statistical treatment included percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, chi-square test, analysis of valiance and Scheffe’s method. Findings and Conclusions : 1. Instructor’s trust to the administrators in teachers colleges are as follows : 1.1 By all and each of college, they have trust on the administrators in middle level, while the instructors in Burirum teachers college have a highest trust as Loei teachers colleges’ instructors is lowest. 1.2 The neutral group has the most percentage (71.63), the confident group has the least (7.74) and the other is the alienated group. The number of instructors in confident and alienated groups in Mahasarakam teachers college are similar to Burirum, and less than Loei. 2. The demographics of instructors are as follows : The difference of three groups of teachers college’s instructors, as the confident, neutral and alienated groups, there is statisticaly significant at .05 level in marriage status, the educated institutes in the country, the administrative position and the responsibility to work. 3. The conflict among three groups are as follows : 3.1 All groups of instructors have low conflict of administration and management in teachers colleges. 3.2 The conflict of the general administration and the structure and administrative system are low, while the other are not. 3.3 All groups of the instructors have a little of conflict (18 from 60 items) and nearly each of them are low conflict.
