Purposes: 1. To study the opinions of administrators personnel and trainers concerning the administration of the Pre-employment Basic trade Skills Training Curriculum of the Institute for Skill Development. 2. To study the opinions of administrators, personnel and trainers concerning problems in administration of the Pre-employment Basic Trade Skills Training Curriculum of the Institute for Skill Development. 3. To compare the opinions of administrators, personnel and trainers concerning the administration and problems in administration of the Pre-employment Basic Trade Skills Training Curriculum of each institution. Procedure: The population used in this research consisted of 37 administrators, 53 personnel and 228 trainers from 6 Institutes for Skill Development which located in Bangkok, Rachaburi, Cholburi, Lumpang, Khon-Kaen and Sonkhla which make the total to be 318 in numbers. Questionnaires were used in this study for administrators, personnel and trainers. Each questionnaires was structured in the forms of chek-list, rating-scale and open-ended. There are six divisions of work concerning the administration of the Pre-employment Basic Trade Skills Training Curriculum including the curriculum, the instruction, the personnel administration, materials, machine and equipment, plant operation and budgeting. Form the total 318 questionnaires sent out, 286 or 89.94 percent were completed and returned. Data processing techniques and statistical analysis used in this study were percentage mean and standard seviation. Findings: 1. The administrators, the personnel and the trainers responded that the functions of curriculum administration such as materials, machine and equipment, and plant operation had been put into operation at the moderate level while the curriculum, the instruction, the personnel administration and the budgeting were operated at the low level. 2. The administrators, the personnel and the trainers agreed that the problems concerning the instruction and the plant operation were operated at the low level, however the problems concerning the curriculum, the personnel administration, materials, machine and equipment and the budgeting were operated at the moderated level. 3. All administrators, personnel and trainers in the [institute] which located in province agreed that the functions of the curriculum operation concerning plant operation had been operated at the moderate level and faced the problems at the low level whereas administrators, personnel and trainers in the institute in Bangkok responded at the low level and faced with the problems of the curriculum and plant operation at the moderate level.
