The purposes were: 1. To construct a synchronized slide-tape for teaching English reading comprehension in Mathayom Suksa Three. 2. To determine the efficiency of the constructed synchronized slide-tape by comparing the achievement of teaching English reading comprehension in Mathayom Suksa Three by using the constructed synchronized slide-tape with the traditional method which used instructional media in teaching vocabulary and structure and let the students question afterwards. The population were sixty students with the same level of English knowledge selected from the Mathayom Suksa Three students of Wat Rajabopit School. The population were divided into two groups. Each group consisted of thirty students. The experimental group was taught by the constructed synchronized slide-tape and the control group was taught by the traditional method which used instructional media in teaching vocabulary and structure and let the students question afterwards. Compared the achievement of each group by using t-test. The result was that the achievements of the two teaching methods were statistically different at the .05 level. The experimental group taught by using the synchronized slide-tape had higher learning achievement than the control group taught by using the traditional method which used instructional media in teaching vocabulary and structure.
