พฤติกรรมการสอนของอาจารย์พยาบาลในตึกผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้และคาดหวัง ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลในสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาล สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย / นันทนา น้ำฝน = Teaching behaviors of clinical instructors as perceived and expected by nursing students in the schools of nursing, Ministry of University Affairs / Nuntana Numfone
This research was aimed to do a comparative study of nursing students’ perception and expectation of clinical instructors’ teaching behaviors. The samples were 160 nursing students from four schools of nursing of the Ministry of University Affairs. The instrument was developed by the researcher which had the reliability of 0.9647. The data was analyzed in means and t-test. Findings 1. Teaching behaviors in the area of planning and evaluating were perceived to occur at the moderate level. On the other hand, they were expected to occur at frequent level. 2. Teaching behaviors in the area of teaching and supervising were perceived to occur at the moderate and frequent levels. On the other hand, they were expected to occur at the frequent level. 3. For clinical instructors personal characteristics, the students perceived to occur at the frequent level. Furthermore, they expected that characteristics should occur at the very frequent level. 4. There were significant statistical differences between nursing students’ perception and expectation of teaching behaviors of all four areas at the level of 0.01.
