ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภูมิหลังของนักเรียนและครู สมรรถภาพทางการสอน สภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนกลุ่มวิชาการงาน และพื้นฐานอาชีพ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 / นพมาศ พัวพิสิฐ = Relationship between students' background, teachers' background, teaching effectiveness and school environment and vocation-oriented education learning achievement of mathayomsuksa six students / Noppamas Puapisit
The purpose of this research was to study the relationships between students' background, teachers' background, teaching effectiveness and vocation-oriented education learning achievement of Mathayom Suksa six students. The samples were 400 students and 27 teachers. The four instruments used in their research were (1) a students' background and teaching effectiveness questionnaire (2) a teachers' background and academy leadership of school administrator questionnaire (3) teaching effectiveness observation form and (4) school context and classroom context observation form. The collected data were analyzed by using t-test and multiple regression analysis techniques. Findings: 1. There was significant correlation between mothers' occupation and vocation-oriented education learning achievement. 2. There were significant correlations between age, teaching experience and number years teaching in vocation-oriented subjects of teachers and vocation-oriented education learning achievement. 3. There was no significant correlation between teaching effectiveness and vocation-oriented education learning achievement. 4. There were significant correlations between academic leadership of school administrator, school size, ratio of teacher per student, classroom context and vocation-oriented education learning achievement. 5. The important predictors found in this research were classroom context, mothers' occupation and sex of student.
