การใช้ทรัพยากรท้องถิ่นในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรตามความต้องการของท้องถิ่น ในกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพ ของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดพิจิตร / สุธาทิพย์ งามนิล = Local resource utilization in developing curriculum relevant to local needs in work-oriented experiences area of elementary schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Phichit Provincial Education Primary / Suthathip Ngamnin
This research aimed to study the state and problems of local resource utilization in developing curriculum relevant to local needs in work-oriented experiences area of elementary schools under the Office of Phichit Provincial Primary Education. The samples consisted of school adminstrators and teachers who taught in work-oriented experiences area. Questionaires were employed for data collection. Data were analyzed by using frequency distribution and percentage. The findings revealed that the majority of elementary schools enhanced teachers to utilized all of 4 community resources: human resources, natural resources, man-made resources and social resources in developing curriculum relevant of local needs. School administrators provided advices, materials, equipments and accommodations The results indicated that the natural resources which were mostly utilized composed of plants and animals. They were used as instructional materials after developing curriculum relevant of local needs. The human resources which were mostly used were school personnels by inviting them to give advices. For man-made resources, village book stands, temples, churches and mosques were used by teachers for self-study. Concerning with social resources, social activities in the communities were studied by teachers in developing curriculum relevant to local needs. Most problems of school administrators in promoting teachers in work-oriented experiences area to utilized local resources were lack of budget allocated from higher administrative offices and inconvenience of inviting human resources who lived in the remoted areas. Most problems of teachers in utilizing local resources in work-oriented experiences area were insufficient of time of human resources, small in quantity of natural resources, unsuitable time in using natural resources and social resources, lack of budget. Moreover natural resources, man-made resources and social resources were far from schools.
