The purpose of this study was to compare the methods of teaching physical science between using slide- tape programmed lesson and conventional classroom learning in mathayomsuksa four students. Two groups of mathayomsuksa four students at Chinorosvithayalai School, having 34 and 38 students, were chosen as experimental group and controlled group of this study respectively. Both groups were based on the idea that there was no significant difference in achievement score between them at the .01 level. The experimental group was taught by slide-tape programmed lesson on the “Electricity and Facility” and the controlled group was taught by teacher in the same topic. After the end of the lesson of each group the achievement test was used to test the sample students. The data obtained were used to compute t-value to compare the result of two teaching techniques. Finding :The achievement of the experimental group was higher than the achievement of the controlled group at the .01 level of significant.
