ผลของการพักระหว่างช่วงฝึกโดยใช้อัตราการเต้นของหัวใจเป็นเกณฑ์ ที่มีต่อการฝึกว่ายน้ำท่าครอว์ลระยะทาง 100 และ 200 เมตร / ธาวุฒิ ปลื้มสำราญ = Effects of resting period among training intervals, as determined by heart rate, on the 100- and 200-Meter crawl strokes
The purpose of this research was to study the effects of resting period among training interval, as determined by heart rate, on the 100- and 200-meter crawl strokes. Forty-eight male students of the first and second years from the College of Physical Education of Yala were used as subject and were divided into four groups with equal mean speed in the 100-meter crawl stroke test. Each groups was trained according to the training schedule. The resting periods between-interval training for each group was as follow : the first group, the second group, and the third group had to rest until their heart rate were at 100, 90 and 80 times per minute, respectively ; the fourth group took the rest according to the schedule. The training was carried out between 5.00-8.00 p.m., three days a week, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, for eight weeks. On Saturday of the 1st, 2nd,3rd, 4th, 5th,6th, 7th and 8th weeks, the speed in 100- and 200-meter crawl stroke were tested. The data were then analyzed in terms of mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance. It was found that : 1.There was no significantly different at the level of .05 among the first, the second, the third, and the fourth group on the 100- and 200- meter of the crawl stroke. 2.There was no significantly different at the level of .05 between the experimental and the controlled groups on the 100- and 200- meter of the crawl stroke.
