การศึกษาความต้องการการนิเทศของครูผู้สอนระดับก่อนประถมศึกษา ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษา จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ / เสาวณี สุขศิลป์ = A study of supervisory needs of perschool teachers in elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Samut Prakan Provincial Primary Education / Saowanee Sooksilp
The purpose of this study was to study the supervisory needs of the teachers at the preschool level in elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Samut Prakan Provincial Primary Education. Data were collected from 317 preschool teachers who performed their duties during second semester, academic year 2537 in 145 elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Samut Prakan Provincial Primary Education through questionnaires and tests. Of the total 317 questionnaires and tests sent out, 287 copies or 87.69 percent were completed and returned, then they were analyzed by using percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that: Most preschool teachers were woman between 36 -40 years of age, graduated with bachelor's degree in elementary education, they had less than five years of experiences, and attended seminar on pre-primary education process. With regards to preschool teachers supervisory needs which were content and teaching profession data indicated that; for content, preschool teachers needed to be supervised at the moderate level concerning skill preparation on Thai language, mathematic, and character development, where by skill preparation on life experience they needed at the high level. For teaching profession, data indicated that their needs were at the moderate level for both preprimary school instruction, and taking care of preschool children.
