This thesis presents the intercorrelation between the core subjects of all and each air cadet’s majors, the comparision of the achievement of air cadet’s majors in all and each core subjects, and the comparision of the difference of the relationship between the achievement in all core subjects and academic result throughout the five-year program of air cadets in each pair of majors. In this study, the five-year program graduated air cadets of the Royal Thai Air Force Academic on the year of 1974, 1975, 1976 in three majors, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and electrical Engineering were selected as samples, Forty cadets from each major were selected by stratified random sampling and their academic results in core courses throughout the five-year program were collected. The accumulative average scores in core subjects for each cadet of each major and then the Pearson’s product-moment coefficient of correlation were computed. One way analysis of variance, Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test and Fisher’s Transformation were used in analyzing the data of this study. The findings were as follows : A.The intercorrelation between air cadet’s core subject scores from all majors out of twenty one pair subjects happened that, two pairs were significantly related at the level of .05 and the rest were at the level of .01 . The intercorrelation between core subjects of each major were significantly related at the level of .01 in four pairs ; Fundamental mathematics and General science, Fundamental mathematics and Applied science, General science and Applied science, Social science and Military academic studies. B. The achievement in all core subjects of air cadet among three majors was significantly difference at the level of .05. but if considering in each core subject it is found that ; 1. The achievement of air cadet’s majors in Fundamental mathematics, General science, Applied science and Military academic studies were significantly difference at the level of .05 2. The achievement of air cadet’s majors in Humanities and Social science were not significantly difference at the level of .05 C. The relationship between the achievement in all core subjects and academic result throughout the five-year program of air cadets in each major was significantly related at the level of .01. But the difference of the relationship between each pair of air cadet’s majors was not significantly.
