ประสิทธิผลของการให้ความรู้โดยใช้สื่อบุคคลและภาพพลิก ต่อการเพิ่มความรู้และเปลี่ยนแปลงทัศนคติของหญิงมีครรภ์ที่มารับบริการ ณ โรงพยาบาลศิริราช / รุจิรารัตน์ ชูทองรัตน์ = The effectiveness of personal media and flipchart usage in imparting knowlege on mothercraft : a study of knowledge increase and attitude change of the pregnant women at Siriraj hospital / Rujirarat Chuthongrat
The quality of people is one of key issue in development. During their infancy is the most important beginning. If we lay a good base for the infant, they will grow up to be healthy, valuable resources and the good base of human society. Prenatal care of the pregnant women are therefore the mast important for their healthy infancy. The Obstetric & Gynaccological Nursing Unit Department of Siriraj Hospital has provided the Mother raft for the pregnant women who attended prenatal clinic at Siriraj Hospital. Mowever, the project has never been evaluated since it started. The purpose of this study was two folds First, to study the effectiveness of personal media and flipchart usage in imparting knowledge on Mothercraft Second, to study the association between knowledge and attitude levels and some important population factors such as age education, economic status, frequency of pregnancy and anxiety. One hundred and twenty pregnant women who attended prenatal clinic at the Obstetric & Gynaecological Nursing Unit Department of Siriraj Hospital were interviewed twice as it waspretest-postest same sample. It was found that 1. The pregnant women could increased knowledge and change attitude about prenatal care after exposure to Mother craft course using lecture and flipchart. 2. About knowledge increased, it was found that after exposure to the Mothercraft course which personal media and flipchart were used, almost all pregnant women increased their knowledge. Women with higher education and economic status had higher level of knowledge increased. However, there was no difference in knowledge increased among women with difference levels of anxiety about the pregnancy, frcquency of pregnancy, and age groups. 3. After exposure to the Mothercraft coursr, almost all pregnant women had higher level of good attitude toward the pregnancy. However, there was no significant difference among women with varying age, education economic status anxiety level and frequency of pregnancy.
